The Warrior Queen Project Inc. (“WQP”) is a New York charitable not-for-profit corporation whose mission is to provide resources and support to members of the AAPI community as well as other charitable organizations that empower women, particularly in the AAPI community. WQP is a public charity under Sec. 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. All donations are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.
These Term of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our Services. The Terms are a legal contract between you and TWQP, so it is important that you review them carefully before using our Services.
General Information
These Terms to all of the following: 1) The Warrior Queen Project’s website, which is located at warriorqueenproject.org (including subdomains thereof), as well as all applications based on The Warrior Queen Project’s website that are operated by The Warrior Queen Project (“we,” “us”, “our” or “TWQP”) (each of such website and applications, a “Website”); 2) any social media accounts administered by us, including those located on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and Vimeo; and 3) any other website containing a The Warrior Queen Project-specific subdomain, product, service, or community, including those hosted by third parties, that contains a link to these Terms (each of such social media accounts and other websites, a “The Warrior Queen Project-Affiliated Site”). These Terms apply to each Website and each The Warrior Queen Project-Affiliated Site, each of which is referred to herein as the “Site.” Certain pages on the Site may have additional terms that apply.
By using the Site, including by interacting with or entering information or answering questions on the Site, or by agreeing to the Terms when prompted by the Site, you indicate that you are at least thirteen years old and that you agree to the Terms and the Site’s Privacy Notice (the Privacy Notice, together with the Terms, this “Agreement”). If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, please do not use the Site.
We may revise this Agreement in our sole discretion at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting on the Site. You are responsible for reviewing any such changes, and your continued use of the Site after they are posted will constitute your acceptance of this Agreement as amended.

Your Privacy At TWQP, we respect the privacy of our users. For details please see our Privacy Policy at [www.thewarriorqueenproject.com/privacy]. By using our Services, you consent to our collection and use of information as outlined in our privacy policy.
Intellectual Property Rights
The Site, its features and its contents provided by us, or by others on our behalf, are owned by us, our affiliates or our licensors, as may be applicable, and are protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. Without limiting the foregoing, we own all rights in any methods, templates, or questions asked or used in any research survey posted on the Site. If you respond to a research survey, the responses you provide (“Data”) are owned by us.
We or our affiliates or licensors also own all rights in the names, trade names, logos, and designs appearing on the Site (collectively, “Trademarks”). You may not use the Trademarks in any way, without our express prior written permission.
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, and except as otherwise expressly authorized in this Agreement or on the Site, you are authorized to use the Site and to view, download, and print out the Site’s contents for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not sell or redistribute any contents of any Website for commercial purposes without our express prior written permission.
Except as expressly authorized by the terms on or applicable to the Site, you may not sell or otherwise distribute for any purposes any contents of any The Warrior Queen Project-Affiliated Site. If you download, print out or copy the contents of the Site you must maintain all copyright and other proprietary notices. Any reference to or discussion of the Site or the content available on the site should include proper attribution of The Warrior Queen Project. Except as authorized by this Agreement or by terms on the Site, you may not copy, modify, reproduce, create derivative works of, transmit, display, republish, store, distribute, abridge, or otherwise use the Site or its contents in any other way without The Warrior Queen Project’s prior permission. Conduct
You may use the Site only for lawful purposes, in a lawful manner. You agree to comply with all applicable laws, statutes and regulations in using the Site.
The Site may contain interactive features that allow you to post, submit, publish, display or transmit User Contributions (as such term is defined in the Privacy Notice). You are responsible for, and assume all liability associated with, User Contributions that you contribute and for your other interactions with the Site. You represent and warrant that you own or have all the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to post any User Contributions to the Site. If you post, use or display the User Contributions of others, you do so at your own risk.
You may not transmit or otherwise make available through the Site (i) any material that violates or infringes in any way the rights of others; that is libelous, slanderous, defamatory, obscene, abusive, profane, vulgar, sexually explicit, racist, discriminatory, threatening, harassing, hateful, or otherwise objectionable; or that encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any law; (ii) any material that invades or infringes any person’s rights of privacy or publicity; (iii) any material that violates copyrights or any other intellectual property rights; (iv) without the express prior written consent of The Warrior Queen Project, any advertising or solicitation with respect to products or services; or (vi) any material that is intended to damage, detrimentally interfere with, surreptitiously intercept or expropriate any data or information on the Site.
Certain features of the Site may be intended to foster communities of users. To protect the integrity of these communities, we ask you to respect the confidentiality of other users and their intellectual property and other rights in their User Contributions, some of which may be private in nature.
Under no circumstances may you use the Site to harvest, collect, or share information about others, including email addresses, for commercial purposes without their consent or solicit other users for employment.

License to Your User Contributions
With respect to the stories, images, documents, or other content or materials you upload through our Services or share with other users or recipients through our Services (collectively, “User Contributions”), you represent and warrant that you own all right, title, and interest in and to such User Contributions, including, without limitation, all copyrights, trademarks, and rights of publicity contained therein.
We do not claim ownership of your User Contributions. By posting, submitting, displaying or uploading User Contributions to the Site, you grant to The Warrior Queen Project and other users of the Site a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and non-exclusive right and license (including the right to sublicense as provided below) (and you waive any moral rights) for The Warrior Queen Project and other users of the Site and their sublicensees to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, and display such User Contributions anywhere, (i) as to The Warrior Queen Project, for any purpose, whether commercial or not, and the right to sublicense such right; (ii) as to other users of the Website, for all purposes other than sale or redistribution for commercial purposes, and the right to sublicense such right; and (iii) as to other users of The Warrior Queen Project social media, for any purpose other than sale or redistribution (with no right to sublicense). The foregoing right and license extends, in the case of each of (i), (ii), and (iii) above, to any form, media, or technology, whether now known or later developed. You will be entitled to no compensation for any use by us, our sublicensees, other users of the Site or their sublicensees of your User Contributions. You acknowledge and agree that The Warrior Queen Project is free to use any ideas, concepts, know-how, or techniques contained in such information for any purpose. Data, as defined in Section 2 above, is expressly excluded from the definition of User Contributions set forth in the Privacy Notice. We own all rights to any Data. You further acknowledge and agree that TWQP may request that you edit your User Contributions before it is posted to our Services. Not all submissions will be posted. You also acknowledge and agree that the posting of any submission is in TWQP’s sole discretion and that TQWP, in its sole discretion, delete any submission at any time.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us, our affiliates and licensors (including each such party’s officers, directors, employees, agents, and other representatives) harmless from all losses, damages, liabilities, expenses and claims of any kind (including reasonable attorneys’ fees and expenses) resulting from (i) your breach or violation of these Terms, (ii) your use of the Site and its contents, (iii) any User Contribution, or (iv) your violation of the rights of another.
Termination
We may terminate, restrict or suspend your access to all or part of the Site, without notice, for any or no reason, including, without limitation, any violation of this Agreement. Otherwise applicable section of these Terms shall survive termination.
Choice of Law and Forum
This Agreement will be governed by the laws of the State of New York, excluding its conflict of law rules. You consent and agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the federal and state courts located in the County of New York, NY, for all disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the use of the Site.
Miscellaneous
If any provision of this Agreement is determined by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, all other provisions will remain in full force and effect. The Warrior Queen Project’s failure to enforce the performance of any provision of this Agreement will not constitute a waiver of its right to subsequently enforce such provision or any other provision. You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and The Warrior Queen Project as a result of this Agreement or your use of the Site. No waiver of any provision of the Agreement will be effective unless in writing.
